Are You Interested in a Luxurious Caribbean Resort Observation?

Service With Style is looking for shoppers who are interested in completing a resort observation for up to 7 nights.  While you are experiencing an incredible vacation, you will be completing an observation report that has been helping our clients become the industry's best over the past 20 years.  We only offer this incredible program to our top observers.  The observation includes your flights, accommodations, meals and most activities at these luxury all-inclusive resorts.  In return, you complete an excellent observation report of the entire property.

What is required to complete the observation?

Resort Type - We have two options for styles of resorts:

• Sandals (Couples only)
• Beaches (Family resorts that include a couple with 1 or 2 children between the ages of 2 and 16)

Trip Cost - You do not pay for anything up front.  During the visit, you simply cover a few expenses that go towards the cost of your trip.  These include mandatory purchases at the Spa, Photo Shop, Gift Shop, Sales Desk and Tour.  The required amount of out-of-pocket expenses while at the all-inclusive resort is $750.  If you do not spend enough on the required expenses to cover the full cost of your trip, the remainder must be paid upon your return.  Additional expenses such as non-mandatory airline upgrades (additional bags, seat changes, date changes), phone calls, personal purchases, and tips are all your responsibility.

Training - You and your travel partner must attend a mandatory training program prior to your observation.  The live training is conducted online and takes approximately 90 minutes.  Prior to the training session, you will be required to review the full visit details and a sample report.

Scheduling - Upon receiving your agreement form, we will submit your travel dates for approval.  You must keep these dates open until hearing back from us.  Please note that due to limited room availability for paying customers, some approvals may be delayed by the resort.  Typically, we receive confirmation from the resort approximately two weeks prior to your trip.  For high-demand resorts, your reservation may not be confirmed until a few days before your departure date.  

Once your dates have been approved, we will send you a confirmation with the hotel and airline details.  The visit will then be linked to your Shopmetrics account.  This will include all of the specific visit details and reports that you will be using during your trip.

Before the airline tickets are finalized, we will confirm the information with you.  It is imperative that you ensure your personal information is correct before the airline tickets are purchased.  If you discover a misspelled name or incorrect birthdate, please notify us immediately.

If the dates originally requested are not available, we will request alternative dates and resubmit your request.  Resort observations are in high demand will be assigned very quickly, so please don't delay.

Please note that your trip is not officially confirmed until you receive an email from Service With Style with a subject line of "Pack Your Bags".

Cancellation - If the dates are confirmed (after airline tickets are created) and you are not able to go, you may be subject to the full cost of the hotel at their normal price as well as the cost of the airline tickets.  If you change the dates after confirmation, you are subject to any change fees.

Observation Requirements - There are several requirements for the resort observations.  These include going on a tour, completing a spa treatment, having a photo shoot scheduled and then buying at least one photo, making a purchase in the gift shop, and completing an extremely thorough and detailed observation report.  In order to submit your report on time, you will need to be completing portions of the report daily during your trip.  You are required to bring a laptop computer (or two) with you to complete the report during your visit.  There is a Food & Beverage report as well as a Hotel Observation report, so two computers are helpful as one person can be working on each report at the same time.

We will need the birthdates of all parties traveling, as well as the exact names that appear on their government-issued identification for the airline tickets.  All travelers are required to have a passport that will still be valid at least 6 months beyond the anticipated return travel date.

Travel Details:  While we will submit your preferred airport information, we cannot accommodate any requests such as specific airlines, flights, departure times or seating requests.  Keep in mind that most flights will require a layover as most airports do not have direct flights to the Caribbean.  You (the observer) may not contact Sandals/Beaches resort for any reason without the approval of Service With Style.  You and your guest(s) are traveling at your own risk.  Service With Style will not be held responsible for illness, injury or death that may occur during your trip for any reason. You are aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. You are also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which you are participating on the trip.
