ShopMetrics, our online reporting system, stores all of your reports and provides an abundance of information at your fingertips. Many clients are amazed by the amount of data they can pull from Shopmetrics with just a few clicks. Surveys+

Our Surveys+ program offers several different client resources that allow you to gather insightful details on all aspects of your business. Each of the Surveys+ programs can be added to your Secret Shopping service. Billing & Accounting

Do you need to pay an invoice, put a card on file or have a question?

Place A Card On File

Your card information will be encrypted and stored for future transactions. You will receive your invoice approximately 3 days prior to your card being charged. A $1.00 authorization hold will be put on the card when validating your information and removed within 48 hours.

Make A One-Time Payment

Your payment will be processed immediately via our safe and secure payment system. We will not store any of your payment information within our system for future transactions.
