Once you sign up for our Secret Shopping program, a Service With Style team member will contact you to review the specific details of your program, including your locations, specific report questions, and schedule rotation.

Our team at Service With Style will set up a personalized online reporting system, where you will be able to access all of your scoring details and even create your own customized reports.

Our professionally-trained mystery shoppers will observe the entire customer experience. During the observation process, we will gather details on the level of customer service delivered, insight into all of the customer touchpoints, feedback on other customers' experiences, and specific information on all aspects of the customer experience.
No Long Term Commitment
Service With Style understands how the needs of a business can easily change, so we do not require long-term commitments. We take pride in our services, so you are free to reevaluate your program after three months. Best of all, setup is quick and efficient. There are no setup fees and no payment is required until your first shop has been completed!
Program Details!
The observation schedule will begin approximately two weeks from the sign-up date. The agreed-upon schedule can be adjusted by the client at any time, but not all shops can be canceled on short notice. All visits will be completed based on the number of monthly shops requested (some visits may roll over to the next month, if required, for scheduling purposes).
