Our professionally-trained mystery shoppers will observe the entire customer experience. During the observation process, we will gather details on the level of customer service delivered, insight into all of the customer touchpoints, feedback on other customers' experiences, and specific information on all aspects of the customer experience.

The observation schedule will begin approximately two weeks from the sign-up date. Service With Style understands how the needs of a business can easily change, so we do not require long-term commitments.  We take pride in our services, so you are free to reevaluate your program after three months. Best of all, no payment is required until your first shop has been completed!
