Program Details!

Prices are per observation with the addition of visit expenses incurred during the observation. Visit expenses only apply to purchases required at the location to complete the observation (i.e. meal or tickets). Charges such as parking, tolls, admission, or fees may also apply.


The observation schedule will begin approximately two weeks from the sign-up date. The agreed-upon schedule can be adjusted by the client at any time, but not all shops can be canceled on short notice. All visits will be completed based on the number of monthly shops requested (some visits may roll over to the next month, if required, for scheduling purposes).
