Our workshops are designed to help your leadership team drive your business to success and profitability. Your team will be trained on the importance of the guest experience, teamwork, leadership traits, operating systems, training systems, staffing, and much, much more. The program will show you step-by-step how to implement these systems to make a significant impact. Each workshop starts with a pre-planning session to create your personalized workshop that will take place at your location.
Workshops are scheduled at the location of your choice and each day is approximately 8-9 hours in length. A full agenda will be created for you after the Pre-Planning Conference and prior to the arrival for the Workshops. The schedule will be coordinated to work with all of your requirements.

Business Coaching
Our Coaching programs provide you direct access to our business experts!
Your private conference sessions may include anyone from your team on any topic that affects your business. Your personal Service With Style Coach will guide you while building a true management team, identifying priority projects, holding your team accountable, and implementing systems will allow you to take the steps to success.
Coaching sessions are scheduled in 60-minute intervals on conference/video calls. We will make every attempt to honor all scheduling requests.

Program Details
Business Coaching program pricing is for monthly services and is invoiced at the beginning of each month.
Leadership Workshop fees are for the entire program and are paid in full at the end of the sessions.
Travel fees include flight, hotel, and car rental. All expenses are kept reasonable and only charged when required.
Session dates will be selected together.
Dates can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 72 hours notice.
Any program that is canceled with less than 7 days written notice will be billed at 60% of the program fee.
